CDE Software provides two separate product support teams. The consumer support team is dedicated to support for consumer editions, which would include all products with the exception of Autoscoring (A/S) editions. Bowling centers that have purchased the Autoscoring (A/S) edition of our products have a separate support team specializing in the interfacing between our A/S product and the automatic scoring system installed at the center.

Contact for help on installation and operation of your consumer editions CDE Software Products, which are normally designated by either Standard or Pro. This includes the individual league secretary editions (Standard and Pro) of BLS-2012, BLS-2011, BTM-5 and Tbrac-2006, etc.

 

Return Authorizations must be handled thru technical support for proper processing and to qualify for refunds or exchanges.
