PRODUCT APPLICATION SPECIFIC PRIVACY POLICIES

schedules, results and notices — from your own email account, at your request. You
choose the type of email account the program uses. If you select
server, no Google or Microsoft account access is involved and the sections below do

GOOGLE ACCOUNT ACCESS (GMAIL)

When you select Gmail as your email account type, the program req

MICROSOFT ACCOUNT ACCESS (OFFICE 365 / OUTLOOK.COM)

When you select Office 365 or Outlook.com as your email account type, the program
requests the following Microsoft permissions:

User.Read – to read the basic profile of the signed-in

outgoing message
offline_access – so the program can continue to send without asking you to sign

When you connect a Google or Microsoft account, the program stores your email address

These tokens are never transmitted to CDE Software, are not stored on CDE Software
servers, and are not accessible to CDE Software. Message content

LIMITED USE OF GOOGLE USER DATA

CDE Software, LLC’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any
other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy
